Will my procedure cost more through MedRoyal than booking directly with the clinic?
No. We offer the clinics’ official prices. You will not pay more for the same procedure and scope of services than you would by booking directly. MedRoyal does not charge you an extra fee for arranging your treatment or for our support.
What do I get through MedRoyal?
We help you choose a clinic and a doctor who specialises in your procedure. Your own coordinator guides you from your first question through aftercare, and you can reach her quickly on WhatsApp.
Can I select more than one procedure?
Yes. Each selection adds the relevant questions, while shared health information is entered only once. A doctor will assess whether the procedures can be combined.
Do I need to know the exact technique?
No. Describe your concern and what you hope to achieve. You can mention a preference, but the doctor will assess the most suitable approach.
Can I add photographs later?
Yes. You can complete the questionnaire without photographs. We do not ask for body photographs for eye, stomach or intimate procedures.
Will I receive a price immediately?
Your coordinator prepares a personalised offer after a doctor has assessed your case. At this stage, we are collecting the information needed for that assessment.
Is a phone call required?
No. If the information is complete, you can continue in writing by WhatsApp, email or both.
What happens if I submit my request at the weekend?
You will receive a confirmation and can add anything that is still missing. Personal processing continues during business hours.
